Project management comprises the most flexible modality to build, recommended for projects where a high customization of the spaces is desired or is very complex. The management consists of a service that solves the client all the elements involved in exchange for a fixed percentage of profit that includes the payment of the service. This
percentage ranges from 15% in medium-sized projects or remodeling and 12% in large projects.
Our administration services are comprehensive, covering all aspects of the project. This includes construction inspection, material procurement, design follow-up, review of design changes, personnel management, payroll and insurance, material procurement, and continuous design follow-up. We also handle subcontractor selection and provide a range of materials and products for the client’s selection.
In this approach, the project is guided by a budget, but the final cost is not fixed. There may be potential savings in spending or an increase depending on the client’s choices in materials and design. A table is attached to the project specifications contract, which defines the components of the gray work and the finishing materials included and specifies or establishes a maximum investment amount per task. The project is comprised of a general contract and extras in all improvements or additional elements.
